11月13日，上海懒财资产管理公司(ShangHai Lan Cai Asset Management Co， LTD。)提交申请，要求驳回贾跃亭依照美国破产法第十一章申请的破产重组(dismissing this case)，如果不能驳回，则要求从特拉华州法院转到加州法院( or alternatively， transferring the venue of this case to the Central District of California)。（澎湃新闻）
